For Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø learners, programme-based skills are preloaded. Others can upload a resume, and the app will read and extract data to discover careers aligned with both your aspirations and your capabilities.

2. A Comprehensive Career Toolkit

   CareerSense features a purpose-built resume builder with ATS-friendly templates, scoring, and improvement tips. Once your resume is ready, get smart job role recommendations and apply directly through Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø’s or partner job portals, or explore other roles via the general job search.

   With around 3,000 employer partners and over 1,500 job and internship opportunities to choose from, CareerSense consistently works to connect you to a broad network of diverse career opportunities through Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø’s and partner portals.

   You will also gain seamless access to Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø’s career events and workshops, with in-app registration, attendance tracking, and feedback submission. Tailored to different learner profiles, CareerSense ensures that each user sees only the features and content relevant to them. For example, events targeted at alumni will not be visible to other users.

   CareerSense enables instant in-app bookings with Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø’s career coaches and industry experts. Different panels of coaches are shown to different user groups, ensuring the guidance provided is tailored to each group’s specific needs. Whether you are making a critical career decision or need help refining your resume, you can speak with a professional who understands your context. This on-demand support ensures that help is always readily accessible. Coaches can also seamlessly hand over cases to ensure continuity and consistent support throughout your journey.

   To date, CareerSense has facilitated over 1,000 career coaching sessions, highlighting its role as an essential support system for users on their career journeys.

4. Additional Benefit for Current Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø Learners: Employability Index

   Exclusive to current Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø learners, the Employability Index encourages skill development through out-of-classroom experiences. It tracks six employer-valued core skills—career and self-development, communication, thinking, teamwork, digital technology, and global awareness—based on participation in CCAs, workshops, and micro-credential modules. Scores are recorded in each learner’s portfolio and visualised in a spider diagram within CareerSense, offering peer comparison to promote growth and self-awareness.
