The program aims to provide students with a well-rounded and diverse business education. Students learn how businesses and organizations work in areas such as 

• Accounting & Finance
• Marketing
• Operations & Supply Chain
• Human Resources & Leadership, and
• Strategy & Entrepreneurship.

They will learn broad foundational knowledge and soft skills that are transferable and valued by employers.

Structure

This program will be delivered via a blended mode with face-to-face intensive teaching modules and online Components. 

The module “capstone project” is delivered via online learning. All modules are supported by academic and professional support staff and will combine a mix of guided study, independent study, online discussions, group, and individual activities.

Assessment & Attendance

All modules are assessed using a variety of methods including written assignments, exams, written reports, presentations, research proposals, case studies and online discussions. Formative assessments (plans or drafts) may be submitted at specified times during each module for feedback.

•    Local students – 75%
•    International students – 90%

Requirements to Graduate

�鶹��Ƶ���� Diploma in Accounting/ Banking and Finance/ International Business/ Management Studies holders are eligible for up to 42 course equivalency credits, or 14- courses exemption. They will need to complete 26 courses (78 credits) in �鶹��Ƶ����. Courses to be completed in �鶹��Ƶ���� depend on the transfer credits that are awarded in accordance with the Diploma that the students hold.

20 core and 11 electives, making a total of 31 courses will be offered in �鶹��Ƶ����. This will allow students to take all the required courses to graduate with the BCom degree in �鶹��Ƶ����.

Accepted Entry Qualifications

• �鶹��Ƶ���� Diploma in Accounting/ Banking and Finance/ International Business/ Management Studies; or
• All other qualifications will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

Applicants must obtain an average Grade B and may be required for interview before admission.
 

English Language Requirements

•    Possession of a degree or its academic equivalent from an institution recognized by the University of Alberta and where the language of instruction is English 

•    Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL iBT, in-person or special at-home edition) - Total score of 90 with a score of at least 21 on each of the individual skill areas (internet based) or equivalent.

•    Academic International English Language Testing System (IELTS)
    6.5, with at least 6.0 on each test band.

•    Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic) -61 with a minimum band score of 60.

•    Equivalent.

Local students: S$552.63 / International students: S$577.70 per credit (inclusive of prevailing GST)
