Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø Academy signs MOU with Civil Service College

We are pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between and the (CSC), formalising a strategic partnership to co-develop and deliver innovative learning programmes in Systems Leadership and Strategic Organisation.
The MOU was signed at Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø Management House by Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø Academy CEO, Mr , and Civil Service College CEO and Dean, Mr . The signing was witnessed by Mr. , Dean of the Centre of Systems Leadership (Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø Academy), and Mr , Institute Director (Civil Service College).
The collaboration between Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø Academy and the CSC marks a strategic step toward empowering public sector leaders with the capabilities to navigate complexity and lead with systems intelligence. By co-developing and delivering Systems Leadership and Strategic Organisation programmes, the partnership will offer masterclasses, jointly certified training, and immersive learning experiences that equip public officers with the tools, frameworks, and leadership mindsets needed to drive meaningful, system-wide transformation and sustain long-term impact.
Together, Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍøA and CSC are committed to fostering a systems-thinking mindset and a networked community of leaders ready to address the multifaceted challenges of public administration.
