Course outline

Module 1: Introduction to TikTok for E-Commerce

Objective: Provide participants with a foundational understanding of TikTok and its potential for e-commerce.

Module 2: Content Marketing on TikTok

Objective: Teach participants how to create engaging content that resonates with their target audience.

Module 3: TikTok Analytics

Objective: Equip participants with the knowledge to track and analyze their TikTok performance.

Module 4: Live Streaming and Social Selling on TikTok

Objective: Train participants on how to effectively use live streaming for social selling.

Module 5: TikTok Shop Setup

Objective: Guide participants through the process of setting up and optimizing a TikTok Shop.

Fern is a Marketing and Sales professional with over 12 years of experience in the luxury retail industry, known for her strategic foresight in driving business growth and digital transformation. With a strong foundation in multi-market operations—spanning 13 Asian markets—she brings deep expertise in consumer insights, omnichannel marketing, and brand development.

Today, Fern is particularly focused on the intersection of e-commerce and livestreaming, helping brands unlock new growth through TikTok Live and digital-first strategies. Her hands-on experience includes running livestream training programs and helping businesses craft compelling real-time content that drives conversions and builds community.

Her entrepreneurial passion shines through in The Tiny Otter, a baby e-commerce brand she founded to explore new ways of connecting with modern consumers online. Through this venture, Fern experiments with content, commerce, and customer engagement—putting into practice what she teaches.

In her corporate career, Fern has held leadership roles at Chanel, Clarins, L'Oréal, and Salvatore Ferragamo, where she led high-performing teams, negotiated multi-million-dollar deals, and launched region-wide campaigns. She has consistently elevated brand presence and developed sales professionals to thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.

A certified trainer with an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Fern now trains corporate teams in Digital Marketing, E-commerce Strategy, TikTok Livestreaming, Sales & Negotiation, and Coaching for Performance.
